XOXO may mean hugs and kisses, even love and marriage. It’s also the ticker symbol for XO Group Inc., until recently known as the Knot Inc. The media company devoted to weddings, nesting and babies, visited the New York Stock Exchange to mark the company’s 15th anniversary, and its first day of trading on the NYSE following a transfer from Nasdaq. XO Group’s Co-Founder and CEO David Liu, and its Co-Founder and Editor in Chief Carley Roney (who are married to each other and started the company in 1996 with business partners Rob Fassino, and Michael Wolfson), rang the opening bell. The group also presided over events beneath the NYSE façade including brides and grooms devouring wedding cake to locate a ring box;newlyweds competing to build a house using jumbo blocks and babies (coached by their parents) crawl racing along Broad Street.
