On Friday, May 3 executives and guests of Constellation Brands, Inc. (NYSE: STZ and STZ.B), a leading international beverage alcohol producer, importer and marketer, will visit the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) to celebrate Cinco de Mayo. Constellation Brands will highlight its Corona Extra and Modelo Especial brands, which are brewed and bottled in Mexico. Constellation is in the process of acquiring from Anheuser-Busch InBev the remaining half of the Crown Imports joint venture that it does not already own and the Piedras Negras brewery in Mexico.
To mark the occasion, CFO Bob Ryder will ring the NYSE Closing Bell. Following the bell ringing, a mariachi band will perform on the trading floor.
