Ahead of the Bell: Dow futures are trading down 34 points and S&P futures are trading down 3 points after sharp declines from the previous trading session. All eyes will be on Federal Reserve Chairman, Ben Bernanke, at an annual gathering of economists and central bankers in Jackson Hole, WY. Traders are looking for the Chairman to announce some form of monetary stimulus to boost growth.
