Last week, Forbes published its first annual list of the World’s 100 Most Innovative Companies, and more than half of the companies on that list (including #1-ranked Salesforce.com) are NYSE Euronext-listed, far ahead of any other exchange represented on that list.
The rankings were based on years of research on corporate innovation from experts at Harvard, Brigham Young University, and INSEAD, combined to proprietary financial analysis from data cruncher HOLT, aimed at assessing the “Innovation Premium” ascribed by investors to the market value of these large companies.
In addition to the list itself, check out some interesting articles on “The Five Habits of Highly Innovative Leaders” (Questioning, Observing, Networking, Experimenting, and Associational Thinking) and other related topics.
