Ahead of the Bell: Dow futures are trading down 4 points and S&P futures are trading down 2 points following the on again off again Greek rescue plan being put to a referendum. Greece's Prime Minister George Papandreou has called off the referendum and he faces a confidence vote today, after pressure from European leaders threatened to cut financial aid to the debt laden country. Papandreou has agreed with opposition leaders to step down even if he wins the confidence vote. Meanwhile, Italy has agreed to allow the IMF and EU to monitor its progress on economic reforms. ...
