Bell Ceremony to Celebrate the First Listing of the Belgian Treasury Certificates

On Tuesday 3 April 2012, NYSE Euronext celebrates the first listing of the Belgian Treasury Certificates.

For this occasion, Marc Monbaliu, Administrator-General of the Belgian Federal Treasury rang the Opening Bell at NYSE Euronext Brussels in the presence of representatives of the Debt Agency.
