Vivenda Media Groep Sounds Gong to Mark Takeover of Q4Group BV

Vivenda Media Groep N.V. sounds the gong to mark the takeover of Q4Group.

The company, which is listed on NYSE Euronext Amsterdam, strengthened its position in May of this year when it acquired all of the activities of the Q4Group. The Vivenda Media Groep (VMG) is a publisher and multimedia company. Q4Group is seeking a prominent position in the integration of cloud computing in the Netherlands and the international business community. Ron van Veldhoven, CEO of Vivenda Media Groep, and Martin van  der Linden, CEO of Q4Group, open the trading day at NYSE Euronext Amsterdam.
