Anheuser-Busch and MLB stepped up to the plate to ring the NYSE Bell on Wednesday, celebrating Baseball’s Opening Day. Budweiser wowed the crowd by parading Sly, their 2000 lb Clydesdale, onto the Trading Floor for the occasion. Two-time World Series Champion and MLB Network Analyst, Al Leiter signed autographs and posed for photos with jersey-clad traders.
What would Opening Day be without hotdogs, cotton candy, and the official beer of Major League Baseball? Postgame, employees gathered in a Budweiser sponsored pop-up Sports Bar on the 7th floor, featuring beer taps and ballpark snacks. Baseball fans unwound while they watched games, sharing drinks and laughs with friends. The unseasonable spring weather didn’t stop us from celebrating America’s favorite pastime.
